• Luster
• Signs of wear and other visual factors such as oxidation, scratches, etc.

• General condition (whether it is working perfectly or restored properly)

To remain impartial, our numismatists do not participate in commercial buying and selling of bills & currencies. Our experts grade bills & currencies based on the following attributes:

• Evidence of handling and imperfections (fingerprints, counting marks, folds, crinkles, bends, soiling, etc.)
• Position of margin and registration (must be centered)
• Appearance of tips and corners
• Pedigree (if any)

Once the bills & currencies are graded and certified, staff members will input these details to our database. Labels are then created containing the information that match the bill or currency, which will then be encased with the item/s later on.
